Most underwater architecture utilizes an enclosed metal cylinder that is supported on legs. We are as yet unable to create organic structures that are truly functional underwater.

The habitat utilized two connected 18 foot tall cylinders mounted vertically near a reef off the U.S. Virgin Islands.
